The Root Zone Expert program is NEW FOR 2025! This program is for growers making irrigation, substrate, and nutrient management decisions and managing root health, production and facilities staff, and technical managers. Taught by professors from UF/IFAS Extension and other leading universities. This program can help you grow your career and build your resume.
Growers have to pass these five courses:

Growers sign up for individual courses through UF Greenhouse Training Online. Email greenhousetraining@ifas.ufl.edu once the five courses are successfully completed, and growers can obtain their certificate at no extra charge. Courses do not have to be completed in the same year.
