Shorten the lower limbs

lowest branches can be shortened

The lowest five branches can be shortened now with reduction cuts to encourage growth in the upper portion of the tree where it belongs. These branches are too low because they will droop and get in the way of the walk on the extreme right. They will also eventually block pedestrian view of the sign. Since they will be removed eventually, keep them small by removing the upright portion of the limb using a reduction cut. This will keep them small so the wound will be small once they are removed.
