Low branches reduced in length even more
The lower branches were shortened even more. This is probably the most appropriate way of pruning this tree. Notice that the cylinder of low temporary branches is more narrow than the developing permanent nursery canopy. When low branches are very aggressive like they are on this tree, you can shorten them dramatically as shown above.
