One year later
The tree already has a better structure one year after making a reduction cut on both the lower left branch and on the right hand leader. The leader in the upper left side of the canopy is taller and is on its way to becoming dominant provided regular structural pruning is conducted during the next 15 years of so. The right hand leader should be reduced in length again the next time the tree is pruned.
