Root cutting to fix curbs and sidewalks
Sidewalks
and curbs are often raised up if large trees are planted in small spaces. Cutting
roots (right photo) so walks and curbs can be reset into their original location
causes severe health problems for the trees and can result in the tree falling
over (see photo below).
