Structural pruning needed
The round head on this young tree is attractive but the tree structure is poorly formed inside the canopy for sustainable landscapes. Most or all branches in the lower 2/3s of the canopy should be shortened now using reduction cuts so they do not grow up and become part of the permanent canopy. If they are allowed to develop up into the canopy then a weak multi-trunked form develops poorly suited for urban landscapes.
