Trees near buildings
Here are some items to evaluate on large trees near buildings. Pay particular attention to root deflection near the building. If the tree is within 20 feet of the building it could be more susceptible to blow over in storms should wind blow from the direction of the building. The canopy above the building catches the wind. Consider structural pruning or thinning the canopy on these trees so wind blows through the tree.
