Low branches remain until final production year

Low branches remain on these trees until the beginning of the final year of production. This increases trunk caliper growth rate, produces more wood growth in the roots, and helps prevent the top of the tree from growing too aggressively.

Oaks finished in #45 containers still have low branches. They will be removed as they are potted into #100 containers.
