Cleared lots: No damage in storm
Removing
all trees from the lot is one method some citizens believe protects their home
from damage in a strong storm or hurricane. However, flying debris from surrounding
areas may cause just as mush damage as a falling tree. There are also instances
of healthy, structurally sound trees protecting the home from damage.
