The debris on the ground indicates what was removed from the tree shown in the previous photo. You can now see one leader up into the canopy indicating good structure. The large branch at the lower left side of the tree will eventually be removed because it is too low on the tree. The arborist has the responsibility of understanding this and reducing its growth rate now using a reduction cut so it remains small in comparison to the trunk. This will ensure that the wound will be small once it is removed from the trunk.
