A black sleeve of woven ground cloth manufactured to fit the outside of the wire basket is slipped over the basket. Strapping or rope is secured to the wire basket and the basket is lowered into the hole dug by the tree spade. Then the treated or untreated burlap is placed inside the wire basket.
