firm root ball

This root ball is firm and does not fall apart indicating that the tree is well rooted into the media. Unlike the tree in photo in #1 there are few circling roots at the outside edge of the root ball. These two factors combined indicate good quality. This was accomplished by growing in the black plastic container treated with SpinOut™. SpinOut™ consists of copper hydroxide in a latex paint. The product on the inside of the container appears gray in the photo above.
