UF President Bernie Machen's house was festooned with UF/IFAS plant creations, and guests dined on 14 culinary delights made with UF's delicious new crops at "Flavors of Florida" on March 24th.

Linda Bartoshuk receives the William James Lifetime Achievement Award for basic research from the Association for Psychological Science
Dr. Vance Whitaker Receives Research Award
Dr. Vance Whitaker was recently given the Richard Jones Outstanding New Faculty Research Award. Given annually to untenured faculty who have begun a distinguished record of research since arriving at UF/IFAS, it was presented at the 6th Annual Florida Agricultural Experiment Station Awards Ceremony on April 25, 2013.
